Start with the event organizer. They ran the event, and anything about how
it went — the content, the venue, the schedule, a speaker who did not show,
your money — is theirs to resolve.

Peewah is the platform they used to manage registration. We are not the
organizer.

When to write to us instead

• You cannot get into the event — the link does not work, the stream will

not load, your QR code will not scan

• Something in the platform is broken
• You need help checking your registration or your ticket

Write to [email protected].

💡 Tell us the event name and the email address you registered with.
Those two things let us find your registration immediately; without them the
first reply is us asking for them.

If it helps resolve your case, we can contact the organizer on your behalf.
