Please note that Peewah is a technology platform used by organizers to manage their events.

Decisions about the event itself (such as logistics, cancellations, refunds, or schedule changes) are the responsibility of the event organizer.

However, our team can help review your case or guide you on how to contact the organizer.

How to submit a request?

If you registered for or attended an event hosted on Peewah and would like to submit a request, complaint, or suggestion, you can do so through our support channel. Q: Something went wrong with an event

Start with the event organizer. They ran the event, and anything about how it went — the content, the venue, the schedule, a speaker who did not show, your money — is theirs to resolve. How Peewah pricing works?

Peewah uses a registrant credits model.

Each credit allows you to register one participant on the platform.

Organizations purchase credit packages and can use them to manage one or multiple events during their validity period.

This model allows organizations to pay according to the number of registrants they manage, instead of paying for each event separately.

For example:

If an event has 200 registrants, 200 credits are used.
If you organize several events during the year, credits are consumed as people register for each one.

Credit packages have annual validity, so they can be used across different events during that period.

Question 5

Where is my ticket for an in-person event?

When your registration is confirmed, Peewah emails your ticket to the address you registered with. Everything you need to get in is in that email.

💡 Cannot find it? Search your inbox for the event's name, and check spam. Confirmation emails land there more often than you would expect.

Getting in

Your ticket has a unique QR code that gets scanned at the entrance. You can show it:

On your phone
Printed

You do not need to print it. What matters is that the QR is on screen, bright enough and large enough to scan.

💡 Turn your screen brightness up before you reach the door, and if your phone dims on its own, take a screenshot of the QR instead. A dark screen is the most common reason a scan fails — and the line is behind you while it happens.

Some organizers also ask for photo ID to match against your registration.

If the email never arrived

You can check your registration from the event page itself.

1. Open the event's registration page.

2. At the bottom, find Having trouble with your registration? → Check your registration status.

3. Enter the email address you registered with and submit.

You will see your status — and if your registration is confirmed, your ticket is sent to your email again.

If nothing comes up, there is no registration under that address. Check whether you used a different one: a work address instead of a personal one is the usual explanation.

How to set up attendance certificates

Peewah generates attendance certificates automatically. They are published in the Event app, where attendees claim them using the email they registered with.

Set them up at Registration → Certificates, on the Configuration tab.

1. What goes on the certificate

Define the data that appears on it, add extra fields if you need more information, and configure the template in the editor.

2. The background

Upload the background image the certificate is built on. Everything else is drawn over it, so leave clear space where the name and the text will land.

3. Who qualifies

You can require a minimum number of activities attended before someone can claim their certificate.

🔴 The setting that causes the most support tickets

The minimum-activities requirement changes who counts as an attendee.

Minimum greater than zero → only people who checked in to at least that many sessions get a certificate.
Minimum set to zero → everyone who registered gets one, whether or not they showed up.

If you require activities, check-in has to have worked. And check-in only records against sessions that were marked for check-in when you built the schedule — under General → Schedule, in the field that sets where each activity is used.

So the chain is:

activity marked for check-in
   → attendance can be recorded
      → it counts toward the minimum
         → the person can claim their certificate
