Requests, complaints, or feedback

If you registered for or attended an event hosted on Peewah and would like to submit a request, complaint, or suggestion, you can do so through our support channel.


Please note that Peewah is a technology platform used by organizers to manage their events.


Decisions about the event itself (such as logistics, cancellations, refunds, or schedule changes) are the responsibility of the event organizer.


However, our team can help review your case or guide you on how to contact the organizer.


How to submit a request?

Include the following information:


  • Full name
  • ID type and number
  • Contact phone number
  • Email address used to register for the event
  • Event name
  • Description of the request, complaint, or suggestion


To help us process your request faster, you may also include:

  • Screenshots or other relevant information


What happens next?


Our team will review your request and, when appropriate, may:


  • Guide you on the appropriate process
  • Put you in contact with the event organizer
  • Review aspects related to the platform's functioning


Response time


Requests are reviewed in order of receipt and will be responded to within the timeframes established by applicable regulations.
