Peewah connects to whatever platform you already use. Which one is right
depends on one question before anything else: how much can the audience talk
back?

1. How interactive is your event?

Interactive — people turn on their camera and microphone. Workshops,
courses, classes, working sessions. Use Zoom, Google Meet or
Microsoft Teams.

Broadcast — speakers present, the audience watches. Conferences, webinars,
launches. Interaction is chat, Q&A and polls. Use StreamYard,
YouTube Live or Vimeo.

💡 Most continuing-education events are the second kind, even when they
feel interactive. If four hundred people can unmute, the session is not a
class — it is a crowd. Keep questions in chat and pick a broadcast platform.

2. Who is allowed to watch?

Public — anyone with the link can watch. YouTube Live, Twitch. Fine for
free and open events.

Private — only people registered for your event get in, because the stream
is embedded inside your Peewah event page.

🔴 If your event is paid, this is not a preference. A public YouTube link
can be forwarded, and one shared link is the difference between selling a
seat and giving it away. Embed the stream inside the event.

3. How hard is it to produce?

StreamYard is what most organizers land on, because it does the production
work without a production team: invite speakers by link, share slides, add
your logo and lower thirds, and push the result to YouTube, Vimeo or wherever
you need it at once.

stage where the session happens. From there you can add a meeting link,
paste an embed code, or connect a supported platform directly.
