If you stream on YouTube Live, the broadcast can play inside your event
page. There are two ways, and the first is usually enough.

Method 1: the link, rewritten

YouTube gives you a link like this when you go live:

https://www.youtube.com/live/75uhNF-NbeQ

That link will not play inside Peewah as it is. Swap live for embed:

https://www.youtube.com/embed/75uhNF-NbeQ

Paste the rewritten link into the stage settings of your event.

If the embed link does not load

Some broadcasts do not play in embed form. Use the watch form instead:

1. Take the video ID — the part after /live/:

75uhNF-NbeQ

2. Build this link:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=75uhNF-NbeQ

3. Use that one in Peewah.

Method 2: the embed code

1. Open the broadcast on YouTube.

2. Click Share, then Embed.

3. Copy the code YouTube generates:

4. In your stage settings choose Embed iframe and paste it.

🔴 Check that embedding is allowed

Both methods depend on the same YouTube setting. In YouTube Studio, under
the broadcast's settings, embedding must be enabled — and a broadcast set
to Private will not play inside Peewah at all.

Use Unlisted if you do not want it public: it keeps the broadcast off
YouTube's search and still lets your event page play it.

Before the day

Open your own event page and look at the stage. If the player shows a "Video
unavailable" message, it is this setting — not the link.
