# The event dashboard, menu by menu

The **event dashboard** is where you configure and run a single event.

---

# Overview

The first screen, and the one worth reading before anything else.

**Event readiness** sits at the top: a percentage plus what is still missing.
Peewah checks your event automatically and flags what to fix before the day.

**The four numbers:**

| | |
|---|---|
| **Visitors** | Visits to your event page |
| **Registrants** | People registered |
| **Attendees** | People who checked in, to the event or to a specific session |
| **Sales** | Ticket revenue — paid events only |

Below that: the latest tickets generated, and direct links to your event
landing page, your ticket page, your organizer calendar, and the page where
someone can check whether they are registered by entering their email.

---

# General

The basics of the event.

- **Basic information** — name, dates, description, image
- **Stages** — the rooms or auditoriums where sessions happen. Worth setting up
  if you run parallel tracks
- **Speakers** — with photo and bio
- **Sponsors** — shown on the event website
- **Schedule** — the agenda: sessions, times, stages, speakers

---

# Registration

Everything about signing people up and tracking them.

- **Ticket type** — general, student, VIP. Every event needs at least one
- **Registration Form** — what you ask people when they register
- **Registrants** — the full list, with export
- **Check-in** — recording attendance on the day
- **Certificates** — attendance certificates
- **Surveys** — post-event feedback
- **Contest** — giveaways and activities during the event
- **Advanced** — who is allowed to register at all, and badge settings

---

# Website

**Personalize website** sets the design and content of your event page.
**Promote website** is where you get the public link to share.

---

# Sales

> 📌 **This menu only appears when your event has paid tickets.** If you do not
> see it, create a paid ticket type first under **Registration → Ticket type**.

- **Tickets sold** — everything paid for
- **Pending tickets** — started but not completed. These are recoverable sales
- **Coupons** — discount codes
- **Payment methods** — connect Stripe, PayPal, or use Peewah Payments
- **Payments** — request payout of what you have collected

---

# The rest

| | |
|---|---|
| **Communications** | Emails to your registrants, and the automatic ones Peewah sends |
| **Integrations** | Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel |
